Jr. Quality Control Analyst - Lead
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
BarnAllen has an immediate need for a Jr. Quality Control Analyst Lead for our Retail Compliance Check Inspection Program in Fairfax, VA. The primary responsibilities of the Jr. Quality Control Analyst Lead will include: • Implementing a project quality assurance plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the processes are followed as required • Sampling output products and processes; comparing them against the project requirements, procedures, or specifications; and recommending corrective actions and/or process adjustments as needed • Reporting to a Sr. Quality Control Analyst and collaborating on various activities with team members • Leading, supervising, and managing a team of regulatory data specialists who perform various tasks in a fast-paced regulatory records and Information operation • Creating business processes and workflows that map to regulatory standards • Monitoring and overseeing the processing of regulatory data and ensuring the final data elements are ready for output to a variety of printed and electronic media • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including statistics, SOPs, and reports • Demonstrating knowledge and skills in areas of regulatory compliance and data management. • Analyzing issues or problems and work quickly to identify solutions using independent judgment while ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and accuracy are maintained. • Developing and maintain positive relationships with FDA contacts through oral and written communications regarding the processing of regulatory data. • Detail oriented with effective organizational, team building, and collaboration skills. • Excellent PC skills with working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. • Ensuring team members are effectively trained and coached on duties/tasks and current policies and procedures. Minimum Education and Experience Required: 
In addition, the successful candidate will be required to have the following: • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • Familiarity with a variety of quality control techniques and approaches • Four (4) years of demonstrated experience related to the job description above • Proficiency in utilizing databases, demonstrated understanding and experience using Excel and other MS-Office products
